Questions parents ask
My child can't read yet. Can they still play?
Yes. The games for younger children speak every instruction aloud and use pictures and big buttons. A tap on the speaker repeats it.
How long should they play?
Levels take a few minutes and end with a natural stopping point. Ten or fifteen minutes is plenty for the youngest. There are no streaks or timers pushing them to keep going.
Can my child buy something by accident?
No. Payments are only possible from the grown-ups area, behind your sign-in and a grown-ups check. There are no in-game purchases.
Do I need an account to try it?
No. The 51 free levels work without signing up. A free account lets progress follow your child to other devices.
How do I cancel or get a refund?
Both plans have a full refund within 7 days of your first payment, no questions asked. The monthly plan can be cancelled from the dashboard in two taps; Premium stays on until the paid month ends. The yearly plan never renews.
