Terms and conditions

BrainSprout is run by BrainSprout, India ("we", "us"). By using BrainSprout you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

• Anyone can play the free levels without an account.
• Family accounts and payments are for parents and guardians aged 18 or over. You're responsible for your account, for keeping your password private, and for the players you add.
• Children play under your account and supervision. They never get their own login.

• Premium opens every level of every game for all players on your account. It is available monthly (₹99 a month) or yearly (₹699 a year). Prices are in Indian rupees and are the full amount you pay.
• Payments are processed by Razorpay. We never see or store your card, UPI or bank details. Razorpay's own terms also apply to the payment.
• Monthly renews automatically through the UPI AutoPay or card mandate you approve, until you cancel. Yearly is a one-time payment that does not renew.
• You can cancel at any time. Cancellation and refunds work as described in our cancellation and refund policy.
• If we change a price, it applies only to new purchases and future renewals, and we'll tell existing monthly subscribers by email at least 7 days before it affects them.
• Free levels may change over time, and we may add, update or retire games. If we ever retire Premium, we'll refund unused paid time.

• BrainSprout is for personal, family and classroom learning. Please don't copy, resell or redistribute the games, artwork or recordings.
• Don't try to break, overload or get around the security or payments of the service.
• We may suspend an account that misuses the service, after telling you why where we can.

The games, characters, artwork, voices and text belong to BrainSprout or our licensors. We work hard to make the learning content accurate and age-appropriate, but it is educational entertainment, not a replacement for school or professional advice.

• We aim to keep BrainSprout running smoothly but can't promise it will always be available or free of errors.
• As far as the law allows, our total responsibility to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before it. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under Indian consumer law.

Our privacy notice explains what we keep, why, and how to remove it.

• We may update these terms. We'll show the date of the latest version at the top, and email account holders about important changes.
• These terms are governed by the laws of India. If something goes wrong, please contact us first. We'll try hard to put it right.
