School pilot terms

The BrainSprout school pilot is run by BrainSprout, India ("we", "us"). These terms are between us and the school that applies ("you"). Our general terms and conditions also apply where these don't say otherwise.

• The person who applies confirms they may do so on behalf of the school, and that the details they give are correct.
• We review every application and may approve or decline one without giving a reason. One teacher account per school during the pilot.

• When we approve, we email an activation link to the address on the application. It works once and expires after 14 days; we can send a new one.
• The trial lasts 30 days from the moment your teacher first signs in with the link. During it, the teacher's account opens every level of every game and every printable worksheet.
• The trial is free. We never ask for card or bank details, and nothing turns into a paid plan by itself. When it ends, the account keeps the free levels.
• We may extend a trial if you ask, and may end it early if these terms are broken.

• Use the games with children under a teacher's supervision, in short sessions, on your school's own devices or a projector.
• Children don't get accounts. Please don't enter children's names, photos or other personal details anywhere on BrainSprout.
• The teacher account is for the teacher it was made for. Please don't share its password.
• The games, pictures, voice recordings and worksheets stay ours. You may print the worksheets for your own classes during the trial; please don't resell or republish them.

Telling parents about BrainSprout is entirely up to you. Parents decide for themselves whether to make a family account or buy Premium. We never share families' details with schools.

We'll ask your teacher for feedback. It helps us improve. We may use what you tell us to improve the games; we'll ask before quoting your school by name anywhere.

We keep the school's details, the contact person's name, email and phone, and the teacher's email, to run the pilot. See the privacy notice. You can ask us to delete them at any time.

• We provide the pilot as it is, and work hard to keep it running, but can't promise it will never be unavailable.
• We may change or end the pilot programme; if we do, we'll tell schools in it by email.
